On Saturday, May 4th at 6:00pm, the Santa Barbara County Democratic Party is hosting the 11th Annual Roosevelt-Hamer Dinner at the Carrillo Recreation Center Ballroom (100 E. Carrillo Street, Santa Barbara, CA).
